Last week, the Shraddha Kapoor-Rajkummar Rao starrer Stree completed a year of its release. The movie entered into the Rs 100 crore club, trailing behind the popular franchise Golmaal Again in crossing the mark.
And now, one hears that the men behind the film, Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K., have completed ideating for the sequel to the blockbuster horror-comedy. A source close to the development confirms that the story is being developed and the script should be ready in due time.
“They have an idea, but the film may not just start right away. Some issues need to be sorted between them and the makers. Once that’s done, the announcement will happen. They are also busy with their web-show The Family Man, starring Manoj Bajpayee, and will start work post that,” says our industry source.
