Is Sidharth Malhotra actually using his alleged girlfriend Alia Bhatt to promote A Gentleman? The actor put out a post on his social media handle, stating ‘Love U Alia- sid and Jackie’ (sic).
We should tell you that Sidharth and Jacqueline Fernandez met Alia at Sid’s house a few days ago. And the common perception was that Sid had called Jacqueline over to clear misunderstandings on rumours over their reported love affair.
But it clearly seems now that the lovebirds merely wanted to help Sid push his fim, and even posted a series of posts to promote A Gentleman. A song called Jab Jab Tujhe Dekha was even used as a hashtag for the promotion.
It seems like Alia and Sid belong to the current crop of actors who don’t mind their relationship status being used as a tool to promote their films. Alia, who even rushed to London from her IIFA tour, where Sid was shooting for Aiyaari, has no qualms about her name being used to promote her buddy’s film.
