Sooraj Pancholi makes an exit from Prasthanam remake
There have been reports about Sanjay Dutt and Sooraj Pancholi coming together to work on the remake of the 2010 Telugu blockbuster, Prasthanam. Reportedly, the story is about a father and son.
However, a massive change is afoot as latest developments inform us that Sooraj will no longer be part of this project.
“The makers were eager to have Sanjay and Sooraj play the role of father and son in the film. Now, there has been a change in casting and Sooraj is no longer part of this project. The makers are looking for some other actor to play Sanjay’s son in the film,” a source said. However, the reason behind Sooraj’s exit from this film is still unknown.
Deva Katta, who helmed the original movie, is most likely to direct the remake as well. According to reports, Dutt will not only feature in the film but also produce it.
Meanwhile, Sooraj is rehearsing for his next film Time To Dance with Isabelle Kaif.
