Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi off to US for honeymoon, will host reception for B-Town soon

While social media is still recovering from Sonam Kapoor’s big fat Punjabi wedding, another star quietly tied the knot on Thursday.

Actress Neha Dhupia is the secret bride. Neha married her long-term beau Angad Bedi at an Anand Karaj ceremony in South Delhi. Angad is the son of former Indian cricketer Bishan Singh Bedi.

The bride looked stunning in pink along with the traditional ‘kaleerein’ and auspicious red ‘chooda’. Our very own handsome groom also co-ordinated his ‘pug’ and ‘saafaa’ to his beloved wife.

The ceremony was intimate and was attended by the likes of Ajay Jadeja, Ashish Nehra and Gaurav Kapoor. The couple, who managed to keep the event under wraps, announced the good news through social media.

The newly-married couple is now reportedly leaving for USA to attend a charity event there, and they will spend their short honeymoon there.

A close friend of the couple informed Mid-Day, “They are planning a Mumbai reception. They will host a party to make up for not having invited us to the wedding. But, they are in most likelihood, leaving for the US tonight for a charity event, and will be back next week.”
