Mother's Day 2020 saw Bollywood celebrities pulling out unseen childhood pictures

While it is practically a tradition for celebrities to post sweet messages for their moms on Mother’s Day, this year saw many of them digging up and posting unseen childhood photos with their mothers.

While Sara Ali Khan shared a picture of her mother, Amrita Singh and her grandmother holding a newborn Sara, Kareena Kapoor Khan shared a goofy picture with Taimur to mark the day.

Sara thanked Amrita’s mother for giving her Amrita. “Meri Maa ki Maa Thank you for creating Mommy #HappyMothersDay (sic),” she captioned the picture. Whereas Kareena shared a cute selfie of her and Taimur making silly faces at the camera. “This pretty much sums up mother’s day and well... every other day with Tim #HappyMothersDay (sic),” she wrote. Meanwhile, Soha Ali Khan shared an image of her as a bride with mother Sharmila Tagore to mark the day.

Vicky Kaushal too wasn’t far behind, in sharing a childhood picture of him laughing and running on the beach in his underpants while his mother chases him. “Dodging them till date. Keep them coming Maa. Love you! (sic),” he captioned the picture.

Ishaan Khatter not only shared his baby pictures but some beautiful portraits of Neelima Azim too. “best of the best #happymothersday (sic)” he wrote. Even Rajkummar Rao shared a childhood picture, explaining that ‘Ma’ is the world’s beautiful word for him.

“Happy Mother’s Day. Nobody in this world will love you the way your mother loves you. Don’t forget to express your love and gratitude towards her everyday (sic),” he wrote under the picture. Even Sonakshi Sinha shared a cute baby picture of herself dressed in a lehenga with her mom.

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, wished both, her mother and mother-in-law on the day and shared some classy throwback pictures with them. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli also shared a picture from their wedding, wishing their mothers and mothers-in-law a happy Mother’s Day.

Twinkle Khanna shared a picture with her daughter and mother Dimple Kapadia in one frame, while Taapsee Pannu shared a vintage picture of her mother.
