In a video message on Facebook, its head Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, without taking Bhansali’s name, used abusive language and accused him of being agent of Dawood and ISIS alleging that the latter was working on their behest. He also said that good senses should prevail upon Union I&B minister Smriti Irani who had assured smooth release of the film and appealed to Prime Minister for his intervention in this matter. Gogamedi was recently exposed in a sting operation when his close aide promised an undercover reporter of staged attacked for publicity and protection money.
