If I write a book on weight loss, it will be relatable,says Sonakshi Sinha
In the recent times, the most talked about weight loss transformation has been of Sonakshi Sinha’s. From the time of her debut, the actor has constantly been under the scanner for her curvaceous figure and has dealt with weight issues right from her childhood days. Today, she is in her best shape and says that if she ever pens her weight loss journey, it will be relatable to young girls. “Honestly if anybody should write a book about it then it should be me. I know a lot of girls will be able to relate to it,” she says.
The actress recalls the phase when the scales touched 95 and how she dealt with it as a teenager. “I was 95 kilos as a teenager. It’s very difficult to constantly see fit people around you. You may not able to deal with it but I was a very strong girl and didn’t let it affect me,” reveals the 31-year-old adding that early on, she made sure that she excelled at other things. “Everything is not always about looks. I did lose 30 kilos and came into the industry but still got a lot of flak for the way I looked. But I was accepted by the overall audience which is all that matters.”
Sonakshi Sinha credits her weight loss to Pilates and eating right. “Now, I found something that works for me and that’s Pilates. I am also eating right whereas earlier, I used to eat a lot of junk,” the Dabangg actress confessed.
