Cannes: Aaradhya is ecstatic as Aishwarya twirls her around on the way to red carpet

Cannes: The world is celebrating Mother’s Day on Sunday, and it is without a doubt that one of most loved mother-daughter duos in the film industry is Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya.

The bond between them was recently highlighted with Aishwarya sharing a lovely picture of a newborn Aaradhya in her arms as her first Instagram post and captioning it, “And I was born... again...”

Apart from the Instagram debut and Mother’s Day, another important event took place in Aishwarya’s life, with her 17th straight appearance at the Cannes film festival red carpet.

The actress looked ethereal in a butterfly-inspired flowing mermaid gown.

However, she was hardly nervous before walking up to the red carpet and getting all cameras focused on her, and in fact, shared a lovely moment with Aaradhya.

In a video shared by the actress on her 'new territory', Aishwarya is seen twirling around her daughter, dressed in a cute little red dress and all smiles, on their way to the red carpet.

Hours later, Aishwarya shared another lovely picture of Aaradhya, but this time along with her mother Brinda Rai as the three generations conveyed Mother’s Day wishes to ‘every breath of our lives’ and to the followers.
