On mother’s birth anniversary on August 12, Amitabh Bachchan penned an emotional blog where he spoke about how his mother inspired him and introduced him to theatre, music and films. Also how she treated him like a child when he was already a grandfather. He also took to twitter and shared some rare photos and wrote “To the most beautiful Mother in the World.” his note also suggests how he misses his mother and counts her memories above everything.
He wrote on his blog, “Its Mother’s birth Anniversary ..August 12.. when you failed she consoled and gave hope.. when you succeeded she wept.. till her last days she insisted on knowing whether I had eaten.. and when going out, to advise, not to be late.. I had grandchildren by then.. but that is Mother!!”
