Mumbai: The question of Salman Khan's marriage has been going on for decades now and has often been termed as a national issue by many.

Before ‘Why did Katappa kill Baahubali?’, the question that was perhaps most-asked in the country, at least among film buffs, was ‘when will Salman Khan get married?’

Despite Salman’s love life making headlines even today at the age of 51, and him saying that he would like to have kids, the superstar has never been too keen on the institution of marriage.

His friend, neighbour and fellow superstar Aamir Khan has always expressed his wish to see Salman get married and had even claimed once that he can convince him to get married.

Aamir also reportedly said that he would tie Salman's hands and feet and ensure that he would get married.

Salman, however, had a hilarious reaction to Aamir suggestion. At a recent media interaction, he was reportedly quoted as saying, "Yes, I have read somewhere that Aamir wants to make me get married and is read to tie my hands and feet. I can only retort that I have also decided to tie his hands and feet to see to it that he does not get married a third time in his life."

For the unversed, Aamir Khan has married twice, having split from his first wife Reena Dutta before marrying Kiran Rao in 2005.

It would now be interesting to see how Aamir reacts to Salman’s comments.
