Varun Dhawan wants Rs 150 crore at the Box Office
Varun Dhawan has been telling the team of Judwaa 2 that he wants the film to collect Rs 150 crore and above because his earlier film Badrinath Ki Dulhania did not make it to the Rs 150 crore mark.
Sources inform that Varun has said that if his single role in Badrinath managed to raise Rs 127 crore, the collections of Judwaa 2, where he as a double role should be over Rs 250 crore. “But then he is at least hoping that the film should make Rs 150 crore so that he can underline his status as not just a bankable star, but someone who is capable of a lot more. Varun has been pinning his hopes on Judwaa 2 ,which has got so much publicity from a lot of other actors in Bollywood as well,” says the source.
Salman Khan too has been seen promoting the film, as has Karisma Kapoor. The David Dhawan’s Judwaa 2 releases by the end of the month.
