Sugandha Mishra suffers hairline fracture on set

With long shooting hours, life of a television actor is often the opposite of the glamorous role they portray on screen. Reality shows especially, are known to be even more gruelling.   Recently, the co-host of The Voice of India 2, Sugandha Mishra suffered a hairline fracture on the sets thanks to such a schedule and also, a pair of uncomfortable shoes.  “We need to stand in the entire episode and do the running around from back stage to the stage in barely one-and-a-half minute, so I do not get the time to change my heels. We do not have an option of not wearing high heels either, since we need to look good and perfect on screen,” says Sugandha.

Despite being advised to rest, she is working on the sets due to the tight schedule. “The pain is unbearable at times but I am trying my best to ignore it and focus on the shoot. The doctor has plastered the toe and I hope it becomes normal soon,” she added.
