Varun Dhawan recommends Taapsee Pannu
The actor urged an electronic brand to sign up Taapsee when he heard that they were looking for a female face.
Varun Dhawan has a new BFF in the form of Taapsee Pannu. Or so it seems. The actor has recommended Taapsee’s name for an electronic major that he has been endorsing for the past three years.
So when Varun heard that they were looking for a female celebrity to endorse the brand, he promptly suggested Taapsee’s name. The brand wasted no time in signing her up. Interestingly, not too long ago, Taapsee got Varun to praise her endlessly thanks to Instagram. The actress, who had made her Bollywood debut with father David Dhawan’s Chashme Baddoor, is working for the first time in the Judwaa sequel.
In an Instagram video, she asks Varun to say some nice things about her. “I think you are one of the best actresses from the South that I have worked with,” gushes Varun.
Varun has worked with Ileana D’Cruz in Main Tera Hero and with Kriti Sanon in Dilwale — both actresses from the South who sauntered across the Vindhyas to work in Bollywood. This is one smart move by Taapsee!
