Ranbir Kapoor opens up on Alia Bhatt's impact on him since falling in love with her
Mumbai: It’s very rare for Bollywood actors to admit that they are in a relationship, and they usually like to stick to the safe and cliched term, ‘good friends.’
But Ranbir Kapoor surprisingly accepted he was dating his ‘Brahmastra’ co-star Alia Bhatt in an interview to a magazine recently.
While confirming the heightening speculation, he had said he was not too keen to talk too much on it as it was ‘too new’.
But in a recent chat with film critic Rajeev Masand, the actor did open up. “I think every human being does extraordinary things only when they are in love. So I believe that love is something which is a privilege if it comes in your life and to be in a happy, beautiful positive place in a relationship with, it could be with a girl, a guy, with a friend, your mother, your father, or anybody but when there is some genuine love, it’s really beautiful,” he was quoted as saying by BollywoodLife.
Revealing what kind of impact Alia has had on him, he stated, “It’s only positive and more so because we are working in a film together, and I really admire her as an actor. To see her have so much of colour, so much of spontaneity, so much of hardwork, so much of discipline is quite rare. It’s amazing. It’s been 10 years for me in this industry, little lethargy, a little chalta hai type attitude comes in. So it’s rejuvenating for me as an actor to be with Alia.”
Considering Ranbir never opened up so much during his affairs with Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif, it seems the actor feels he has finally found his ‘Miss Right.’
