Krishna Shroff’s not ready for acting yet

While most Bollywood kids are taking turns to make a big screen splash, Krishna Shroff, Jacky Shroff’s daughter and Tiger’s sister, is happy staying away from the arc lights. She’s very clear about steering clear from the screen as of now. “I think there is massive pressure (when you’re an actor) because everyone expects so much. I am aware that it gives you so much, but it also takes away a lot of your life. I am an extremely free spirit and I am not ready to give away my freedom,” she said.

Krishna has seen, from close quarters, the changes that have occurred in Tiger’s life. “I’ve seen how his life has changed. I don’t think I am ready for that yet. I don’t think you should take it up if you are not ready to give your 100 per cent. It takes up your whole life.”

Direction is a different ballgame though. “I am interested in filmmaking, so I feel like giving it a shot. To be in the film industry, you have to live and breathe films. I am still taking my time to decide.”
