Street Dancer 3D to be huge: Remo D'Souza
Remo D’Souza, who took the not-so-great performance of his last directorial venture Race 3 on the chin, wants his next film Street Dancer 3D to be bigger than what he has done before.
Incidentally, this is the third part of his franchise of dance films. “You have seen the first two dance films, and you know what you got from it. This is the third part, and we had to make it bigger. We have tried to do it as big as it can be, with the team and the cast. Street Dancer 3D should have some interesting elements as well for you,” says the director-choreographer.
The ABCD director says that he is now ready to wrap the film, which stars Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor. “Three schedules of the film are over so far. There is the fourth schedule left now which will also wrap up soon. We are looking at January 24, 2020 to release the film,” he says.
Remo is also glad that one of the biggest dancers and choreographers in the country Prabhudeva is recreating the iconic Muqabla number for his film. “He is ‘Prabhu’ as well as ‘Deva’. We recreated Muqabla and there is one shot in the song where he is dancing, and he finished in one take itself. You need to see that,” he concludes.
