Samyuktha made her debut in 2016's super hit Kannada film, 'Kirik Party' which also starred Rakshit Shetty and Rashmika Mandanna. Notably, the actress has also won Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress (Kannada) for the film.

Apart from that, Samyuktha has appeared in MTV Roadies (season 14) and MTV Splitsvilla (2018) as a contestant.
