Malaika Arora Khan and Arbaaz Khan file for divorce

Mumbai: Married for 17 years, the news of Malika Arora Khan and Arbaaz Khan’s separation earlier this year came as a shock to the industry and its fans.

And now if reports are to be believed, the fans have now formally decided to get divorced.

The couple recently visited the Bandra family court with their lawyers for the formalities, reported Mid-Day.

The announcement of their separation had come as a shock to the industry and fans as the couple had been married for almost 17 years. Post the split, Malaika and her son Arhaan had subsequently moved out of their house.

However, even after the split, the couple amicably interacted and were seen at numerous family gatherings, amid reports of the couple giving the marriage a second chance.

Their names were also romantically linked with others. While Malaika was linked to Arjun Kapoor, Arbaaz was linked to Goa-based Yellow Mehra.
