Actor Savi Sidhu turns security guard; Rajkummar Rao, Anurag Kashyap come in support
Mumbai: Recently a video went viral on the social media in which actor Savi Sidhu has shockingly seen working as a security guard. Yes, in a video shared by Film Companion, Savi Sidhu revealed his story of struggling days where he didn't have any work and felt left out from the film industry.
The actor-turned-security guard also revealed that he works for 12 hours every day.
Soon after the video hit the internet, Bollywood star Rajkummar Rao and filmmaker Anurag Kashyap recognised Savi Sidhu and come out in support him for finding him work in films.
Rajkummar Rao took to Twitter and wrote, "Very inspired by your story Savi Sidhu Sir. Have always admired your work in all your films. Love your positivity. Perseverance is the key to overcoming obstacles."

Anurag Kashyap also wrote, "I respect Savi Siddhu as an actor and have cast him thrice when he earned the role. I respect him that he chose to live his life with dignity and picked a job unlike so many entitled out of work actors who have either become alcoholics or wasted themselves away."

Notably, Savi Sidhu has worked in films like Paanch, Black Friday, Gulaal, Patiala House and so on. However, his struggling days' story has definitely melt everyone's heart.
