Hugh Jackman, at the Sydney premiere of 'The Greatest Showman', called Shah Rukh Khan Bollywood’s greatest showman.
Mumbai: The Sydney premiere of ‘The Greatest Showman’ became an eventful night for Bollywood since Hugh Jackman mentioned that he took inspiration from Shah Rukh Khan for the film.
After calling Shah Rukh Bollywood’s greatest showman, Hugh also called Shah Rukh his mentor and mentioned that the signature step has been inspired from King Khan himself. “I have done a lot of dancing and singing in this film and I had Shah Rukh Khan in mind while shooting for it. He is my mentor and I need to take more dance lessons from him. I have also done the signature SRK move, spreading my arms wide,” said Hugh.
Speaking of the obvious choice for the Bollywood version of ‘The Greatest Showman’, Jackman added, “I would love to see Shah Rukh in the Indian version of this film.”
At the same event, Jackman also expressed his desire to meet Shah Rukh soon.
