Ranveer Singh to work with Rohit Shetty in action film

If you recall, Ranveer had done a TV commercial for Capital Foods along with Tamannah Bhatia when the two shot for Rohit Shetty. Ranveer and Rohit have met a couple of times ever since and have been discussing a few ideas. Rohit now confirms that he is indeed doing a high voltage action film with Ranveer.

“Ranveer is an actor who is full of energy. The film we are planning is a complete masala film, full of action and a mass entertainer,” confirms Rohit who has been busy with Khatron Ke Khiladi in Spain. His next release Golmaal Again is the fourth instalment in the Golmaal series.

Ranveer is shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film Padmavati after which he has to shoot for Zoya Akhtar’s film Gully Boys. He has also been finalised to play the role of Kapil Dev in a movie on the 1983 cricket world cup. While Rohit did not reveal when the film will go on the floors, he did speak in favour of his hero.

“Ranveer does not try and hold himself back. And that is the quality of a superstar.”

Well, we can’t wait to see what these two have to offer.
