Kriti and Taapsee’s Womaniya stalled?

Womaniya, a film about two professional shooters starring Kriti Sanon and Taapsee Pannu, has been in the news for a while now due to Kriti’s rumoured exit from the project. Now, there a new twist in the tale.

According to our source, the film, which was to have gone on floors in April, has been stalled indefinitely for reasons unknown.

Produced under Phantom Films by Madhu Mantena, Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya Motwane and Vikas Bahl, Womaniya was supposed to be helmed by a debutant director. The film was reportedly inspired by real-life incidents.
