Ranbir has influenced me positively, says Alia Bhatt

The grapevine has been abuzz with rumours of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s impending wedding. The actress whose personal and professional life is in shipshape was recently asked if there’s going to be any development in the near future. “I guess, you are insinuating if I am getting married? It’s not happening,” says the 26-year-old who has always remained rather tight-lipped about her personal front. “At the moment, it is important for me to recognize people who have influenced me positively. Ranbir is one of those people. Even his family members bring in loads of positivity in me. Also, Ranbir has always been on my favourite actor and he still is.”

Unlike Ranbir’s former girlfriends, mum Neetu seems to have bonded well with Alia and have been seen bonding with her. When asked what make the cut this time, she smiles and answers, “Well! How do I know what qualities of mine she likes? You will have to ask her though.” Neetu recently posted a picture of the couple after their award wins and wrote, “AND moments like these make you forget all the stress. Congratulations. So proud n happy.” Speaking about her equation with her boyfriend’s mother she says, “Well! These are private discussions between me and Neetu ji, which cannot be discussed publicly.”
