The trailer of Shankar’s Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar-starrer 2.0 has been met with a mixed response. While fans of the southern superstar are thrilled to see him in two avatars, Akshay Kumar’s fans are upset by how little of him there is to see in the trailer. In fact, the actor makes an appearance in only one scene in the entire clip.
Such is the vehemence of his fans’ outrage, that the makers of the film have decided to put out a second trailer that focuses on Akshay’s character in the film.
A source says, “The producers overestimated Rajini’s star power. They forgot that he doesn’t a have a strong following in north India. In fact, Akshay Kumar is the bigger star in the Hindi-speaking belt. So the second trailer will spotlight Akshay’s character.”
