Aditi to celebrate birthday on Padmavati sets

Much awaited and already mired in controversy, Padmavati has already created the right buzz with its trailer. But even as the actors of the movie seem to be gearing up for promotions, we hear that the team is still left to shoot a few portions for the movie.

“Sanjay Leela Bhansali is one director who will not okay a single scene unless he’s totally convinced about it,” a source close to the film reveals. “The film is almost ready and it’s only a few portions that are left to shoot. It will take about five or six days more.”

The makers are also trying their best to measure each step with promotions, to avoid any sort of controversy.

Meanwhile, actress Aditi Rao Hydari, who turns a year older today, will spend her day shooting for Padmavati. A source says, “Usually Aditi spends her birthday with her family. But this time, she couldn’t, because she was shooting for Padmavati. She also finds it auspicious to work on her birthday, and will be shooting for the movie the entire day.”

Aditi confirms, “Padmavati is very special to me in every way, and I’m thrilled to be a part of it. I feel blessed to be working with Sanjay sir, and the entire team of Padmavati on my birthday.”
