Varun Dhawan shaves a brand off Shah Rukh Khan

Varun Dhawan is all set to replace Shah Rukh Khan as the face of a shaving cream brand.

With brands focusing on younger ambassadors, Varun has managed to get into the major leagues of brand endorsers despite the discouraging performance of his last film, October.

“Brands keep looking for younger faces, faces that can connect with the current generation of youngsters who have the power to make decisions and the ability to buy products. Ayushmann Khurrana is another brand ambassador for the same brand. He was signed two years ago, and he joined SRK in the ads. Now, we have Varun joining him,” a brand expert says.

Varun is currently promoting his upcoming film Sui Dhaaga with Anushka Sharma.
