Singer Kesha seems to have no respite from Dr Luke, the record producer, who she claimed had physically and mentally abused her. Now, Dr Luke has asked his lawyers to file a defamation case against the Tik Tok singer after she apparently sent Lady Gaga a message claiming that he had raped another artiste, reported Dailymail.co.uk.
However, the messages in question do not specifically name Dr Luke, but he believes that she was hinting at him. According to the legal documents, Dr Luke claims that Kesha is on a “malicious campaign to destroy” his reputation. Kesha in return has filed a case against the producer claiming that Luke is seeking revenge on her and has not allowed her to release new music.
