Rapper The Game, who has had multiple run-ins with the law in the past, has struck a deal to keep him out of jail, after he was taken to court for punching an off-duty Los Angeles police officer at a basketball game in 2015.
The Game was charged with misdemeanour battery and criminal threats. According to TMZ.com, Game was given three years probation, 120 days community service and 26 anger management classes. He was also given 180 days of jail time that was suspended, depending on his behaviour over the next three years.
The Hate It Or Love It rapper also pled guilty to felony grand theft, for stealing a photographer’s camera, which he settled with a $1,00,000 payment.
