Court denies Robin Thicke's pleas
The judge reportedly shut down all three requests.
Robin Thicke, who has a six-year-old son Julian with ex wife Paula Patton, was denied all appeals by a court on Wednesday, after he wished to have his visitation rights changed.
According to TMZ.com, Robin — who gets to visit his son thrice a week in the presence of a monitor (since he can’t see his wife, either) — had his lawyers request that he get to visit Julian without the lawyer or have a different monitor appointed, or even prohibit the monitor from cancelling and rescheduling visits. The judge reportedly shut down all three requests.
Robin’s move came after his last visit with Julian on Friday was cancelled, when the monitor saw that Julian did not want to meet him, and had also cut short their trip to a theme park on Saturday.
