Los Angeles: Jennifer Aniston has donated USD 1 million for hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico.
The 48-year-old actor gave USD 500,000 to the disaster relief services conducted by American Red Cross.
Aniston donated the remaining amount to singer Ricky Martin's foundation to help survivors of Hurricane Maria, which claimed 43 lives, leaving the Caribbean island and the US territory in shambles, reported Entertainment Weekly.
Martin took to Twitter to thank the 'Friends' star for her heartfelt gesture.
"Jennifer Aniston, you are amazing thanks for donating $500k for our Puerto Rico relief fund. We will never forget. You are saving lives Jen," he wrote.
