Singer and actress Ciara, who is expecting her first child with husband Russell Wilson, had met with a car accident a few days ago. But it looks like Ciara is doing perfectly well as she and her husband were spotted shopping and dining in West Hollywood, California, it was reported by JustJared.com.

Russell took to Twitter to update fans about the incident, writing, “Momma Wilson & Baby Wilson are feeling great! God is good! (sic)”
