Robin Thicke loses custody of son
Things aren’t going good for Robin Thicke. The custody battle between the singer and his estranged wife, Paula Patton, took a turn for the worse on Thursday.
The ex-couple were at the court to gain temporary but sole custody of their son, Julian. But, TMZ.com has now reported that not only has Thicke lost custody of his son, but he has also been banned from going near him. Both Thicke and Patton claimed that the other was being investigated by the Department of Children and Family Services, reported Dailymail.co.uk.
TMZ.com also reported that the judge rejected Thicke’s attempt at getting custody of his son and apart from giving it to Patton, also issued a domestic violence restraining order on her request. The singer has also been barred from seeing his son, his ex-wife and her mother.
However, Thicke’s lawyer apparently submitted a declaration that informed the judge about an open investigation into Paula for emotional abuse.
