No offence, please!
While Comedians and Stand-ups are busy playing pranks and jokes regularly, This Fool’s Day we ask them who they would like to see being pranked and by whom.
Friendship’s sake
I wish to see Rahul Gandhi as the Prime Minister, which would make for one of the biggest pranks. He should become the Prime Minister but only on the April Fool’s day.
Apart from that, I would love to see Kapil Sharma play a prank on Sunil Grover. They should meet each other and play a prank on one another. It will help them reconcile as well as they won’t need to apologise because of the nature of the day. This way they can get their friendship back on track. — Sunil Pal
Bugged by Telemarketers
I want to play a prank with Jio marketing team and want to send bulk SMSes on behalf of every telecom company which exists in the world and when they revert with ‘I am not interested’ then I will say, “Now do you realise our pain?” — Appurv Gupta
Demonitise!
Prime Minister Modi could play the best prank on the whole country by going on live TV and saying the new Rs 2,000 notes are invalid. And after five tensed minutes where five ATMs are vandalised, 10 bases are burnt and 20 riots break out, he could say ‘Gotcha!’
— Abijit Ganguly
Kangana-Karan reconcile
I think Karan Johar and Kangana should come together and tell everybody, who have been following nothing else but their story, that everything that has been going on between them is all an April fool’s day prank and that she will be starring in his next movie. — Varun Thakur
Enjoy The good times
On a lighter note, I would like to play a prank on Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad by giving him an air ticket and later add that it is from Kingfisher. He will need to go via London to Delhi if he wants to use his slippers. — Amit Tandon
Funny revenge
I’d like to fool an ex-client by confirming a show with him and not showing up last minute. That would be in return for his kind favour of making me perform last minute after multiple requests and under an agreement with his organisation and then refusing to pay me afterwards. Unfortunately, however, I’ll never be able to get myself to stoop to doing that but I sincerely hope that someone else plays that prank on him! — Papa CJ
Party swapping
PM Modi should play a prank on Amit Shah telling him, ‘Bro, it’s over. It was nice knowing you but now I’m breaking up with you. I’m joining Congress and going back to my first love, Sonia!’ — Jeeveshu Ahluwalia
PM for Fool’S Day
I would love to see Prime Minister Modi play a prank on Rahul Gandhi. He should propose that Rahul becomes the Prime Minister and everyone in the country should feel united and connected. He should also promote corruption as a prank. — Raju Srivastava
Sona pranks Rakhi Sawant!
Sonakshi Sinha should play a prank on Rakhi Sawant that she is following her diet and will follow her plastic surgeon in the future. I would also like to play a prank on Swami Om by telling him he has been selected for Bigg Boss Season 11 on one condition — he will have to live in the bathroom and will not be allowed to pee for 40 days and I am sure he will eat, wash and clean but on coming out he will say that he hasn’t been eating and play sick. I am sure after this he will think 100 times before using his piss for holi in the Big Boss house. — Amit Talwar
‘You can’t make political jokes now’
I would love to play a prank on Navjot Singh Sidhu. He has stepped into multiple roles now. He is a politician as well as a TV show host. I think it’s time to play a prank on him. Apart from that it has really become difficult to make political jokes these days. We used to crack so many jokes on Dr Manmohan Singh, but he never said anything and focused on his work. But today, everything is different and you can’t make political jokes anymore. — Ehsaan Qureshi
