When SRK met SRT
The two stars met for Akash Ambani’s engagement in Mumbai.
When the King of Bollywood — Shah Rukh Khan met the king of cricket —Sachin Tendulkar at the star-studded Ambani bash this weekend, the two posed for an image that will go down in history.
Taking to the social media app Instagram, Sachin on Monday shared a selfie with the Raees star with a rather quirky caption that read, “Jab SRK met SRT.”
The occasion for which the stars met was Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani’s eldest son, Akash’s engagement, which created headlines as he exchanged rings with Shloka Mehta in Mumbai on Saturday night.
In attendance were the who’s who of Bollywood who showed up to grace the occasion with their presence and good wishes.
Present were Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Aamir Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Karan Johar, to name a few.
Akash proposed to Shloka a couple of months ago at a private ceremony in Goa that was attended by both the families. However, the wedding date is still unknown.
