Naief Memon talks about how he encourages young talents to reach global level

It is great to see young entrepreneurs taking India forward with their efforts and making India proud on a global level; we recently talked to Naief Memon who is a young and enthusiastic entrepreneur, he likes to promote young singers, social media sensations, and other artists with his company NOFILTR group.

Naief Memon sportingly answered all the questions we asked him. Here's the conversation.

1.)  Tell us about your company, NOFILTR:

Naief Memon: NOFILTR is multi parallel Group, we started with nofiltr social were we based our effort on influencers and influential marketing and managing influencers.

 We then expanded and started nofiltr photography, nofiltr production and open special division for nofiltr management were we manage talents, not only influencers but music artists and stuff like that. We were handling their social media feeds and all. In nofiltr photography, we have a bunch of photographers on board, and we started helping them by getting collaborations with T.V. actors and models, and they were already on payroll with nofiltr social media management.

Then we started nofiltr production company were we do advertisement, and we create content for digital space and television and we have multiple YouTube creators as well in our group companies of nofiltr. Now we have launched nofiltr management, which has already become famous. We released a song with Soulja boy. NOFILTR management manages talents and takes them to a global level, making them collaborated with top artists and give them the stage which can make them famous.

2.) What's your role in the company:

Naief Memon: Well, my part is basically to solve more significant problems of the company, I don't look into day to day work of the company, I do consult my team and advice them when it's needed, and I try to market the company on a bigger platform so that people can recognize our work.

3.) When you started the company:

Naief Memon:  Actually I was not happy with the trend which was running at that time in the market, so we decided to start our venture in 2017 with the dream to change the direction in social media.

4.) How do you manage your work as you travel a lot to L.A.:

Naief Memon: Yes, I travel a lot. I go to L.A. for my work, used to stay half a time there and half a time here in Mumbai.  I never felt tired or bored of travelling coz I love to do luxury travels with my planes and all.

5.) What are your views on Business in India and outside:

Naief Memon: India is the world's biggest market for everyone for the simple reason "population" you get excellent opportunities. If you see in the last few years with the growth of the internet especially after the arrival of Jio, Lots of young talent coming out from social media like Tik Tok, YouTube, Instagram and other platforms, they have got the platform to showcase their talent from their places.

We invest in young talent take them to a bigger stage and help them collaborate with International stars on the International platform to make our India proud.

6.) Which sports you like the most:

Naief Memon: Well, I like to play football its one of my favourite game right now and also like watching cricket. I had played cricket a lot when I was young.

7.) Which kind of music you like:

Naief Memon: I am a big Bollywood fan, and Arijit Singh is one of my favourite singer, do like western music but only when I am partying.

8.) Tell us about your future Business plan:

Naief Memon: We are looking to expand our business to other countries like Europe, and Africa is also a big market like India, we feel they too have young talents like India. So nofiltr Group is planning to give a platform to young African talent.

9.) Any message to young entrepreneurs who want to start their own ventures:

Naief Memon: Well, I am too young to guide someone, but still I would say believe in your work, don't try shortcuts by fooling people. It might work and give you some money, but you will never be able to make your name, and you cannot grow with that mentality, so better is work hard believe in yourself people will believe in you.
