Guns N' Roses get Mexicans fans to smash Donald Trump pinata during concert

Axl Rose and the stage crew invited fans onstage, armed them with sticks and asked them to express freely.

Los Angeles: Hard Rock band Guns N' Roses asked their fans to destroy a pinata of President-elect Donald Trump during their concert at Mexico City's Palacio de los Deportes.

Frontman Axl Rose and the stage crew invited fans onstage, armed them with sticks and asked them to express freely what they feel about Trump, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"Let's bring up some people and give them a stick. Express yourselves however you feel," Rose said as stagehands helped concertgoers up. Earlier last month during a show in Brazil, Rose changed a line from the band's track "Civil War" to sing: "Look at the fear that Trump is feeding".

A week later he responded to Trump's appointment of an Attorney General by saying: "Good people don't listen to, acknowledge, nominate or elect people like Senator Jeff Sessions."
