Farhan, who hails from a humble background, left studies at a young age of 19. He started singing at a local café in Delhi. And from there on, there was no looking back for the boy. When we spoke to him after the win, Farhan said, “I am speechless right now. The feeling of winning this trophy is just sinking in. I will most certainly cherish this moment. Now I will work harder to find myself a place in the music industry. This show gave me a chance to learn from the best in the industry.” He then took the opportunity to thank his mentor Shaan. He beamed, “He has been more than a mentor in this journey.”

Farhan also elaborated that it was his conviction that won him the trophy. “As the competition heated up, everyone performed seemed better than the other. I believe it is my conviction in myself that helped me sail through. When you want to deliver the best, it is necessary to remain calm.
