Wild card entries to shake up Bigg Boss
Bigg Boss is doing everything it can to keep audiences glued to the television set. Now the show has roped in a nude model, a German-Russian model and Indian actor, Sahil Anand in the show as its wild card contestants. We caught up with the wild card entrants of BB10 just minutes before these celebrities got locked up in the Bigg Boss House.
‘I am going to the Bigg Boss house with no plan in place’
Jason Shah (Nude model): “People often confuse me to be a porn star. The fact is that I only do nude photoshoots. I am the changing face of fashion by daring to do something different. Even footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has posed nude, but nobody looks down on him. So why target me?
I won’t be shedding my clothes in the Bigg Boss house but I will wear short pants and briefs. I would have loved to drop those briefs and short pants too but I have to be careful since it is a family show. I am a body builder by profession, so I am confident about my body.
Strategies never work, so I am going to the Bigg Boss house with no plan in place. I will be myself — I don’t want to get into groups, I will try and be nice to everyone. There is too much negativity in the house already, so I want to spread cheer and laughter.”
‘I am going to stay away from Swamiji’
Elena Kazan, German-Russian model and actor: “I am excited about getting locked up inside with a bunch of strangers. I am not going in with any kind of strategies or preconceived notions. I am going to take every day as it comes and be as real as possible. I have watched the show briefly. All I know is that I am going to stay away from Swamiji.”
‘I don’t find any of the female contestants attractive’
Sahil Anand, actor: “I signed up for the show because I wanted to understand myself by putting myself in challenging situations. I think I know the game well enough so it will be interesting to see for how long I will be able to survive inside.
I am going to be real even when I get inside the house. I am a hot-blooded person, so anyone who messes with me will not be spared. People tell me that I need to be in love with a female contestant in the house to be able to last in the show but I don’t find any of the female contestants attractive. They don’t seem my type. Besides, I think I am entertaining — I don’t need a love story to keep myself in the game.
A lot of people are making my friendship with Bani a big deal but I haven’t met her in a year. Even though she is close to me, I don’t know how our equation will be inside. I have seen a couple of episodes and I am curious to understand the dynamics in the house. I have also observed that the contestants don’t want to take a stand — I want to change that. Swami Omji and Manoj Punjabi are playing the smartest game. I want to beat them at their own game.”
