The Hello hit maker has spoken a lot about her tax burden in the past, criticising her government for the state of the services they provide. “I use the NHS, I can’t use the public transport any more. Trains are always late, most state schools are s*** and I’ve gotta give you, like, four million quid ($5 million) — are you having a laugh ” Adele has said in the past.
The report also says that in 2015, Adele’s record company Melted Stone Ltd. made a profit of around $20 million, but just under $5 million had to be paid in taxes.
