"Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.”
-- Arnold Schwarzenegger

Rajesh PT is a man who believes that a specific person doesn’t have to teach or train confined within the four walls of a room or in the same city where one lives. He believes that inventions were made for people to take advantage of and to expand its limitations.

Rajesh PT is one of those people who thought of sharing his knowledge about workouts and diet not only by stating them online but making sure his clients can impose them in their personal lives as well. Rajesh PT has clients all over the world helping them enhance their lifestyle and pushing them forward to have a healthy and fulfilling life.

Rajesh PT considers that taking care of one’s own body is as important as breathing and surviving. Working out doesn’t only help you keep your body fit; it also refreshes one’s mind and also acts to release the negative energy from the body. According to his experience, a healthy diet along with accurate exercises helps a lot to keep your body in check. He always makes sure to eat healthy food with more fats and fewer carbohydrates, eating lots of green vegetables and recommends the same to his clients.

Amongst all of his experiences, he believes that his clients must understand that he isn’t a designated doctor or he doesn’t claim to cure diseases but what he believes and preaches is that a healthy diet and a healthy body can’t do wonders in restraining such diseases. He has shared all the shreds of evidence of the same on his Instagram handle that goes by @ptrajeshh.

Rajesh PT has an experience of over 23 years and has made use of all the knowledge he gained over these many years of experience to make a better world, full of fit people. Not only this, but he was also able to reverse Type- 2 diabetes, a chronic condition that affects the way the body processes blood sugar (glucose). With type 2 diabetes, the body either doesn't produce enough insulin, or it resists insulin. PCOD, a hormonal disorder causing enlarged ovaries with small cysts on the outer edges and thyroid, any dysfunction of the butterfly-shaped gland at the base of the neck (thyroid)  in women for his clients online. Rajesh PT didn’t want to confine himself to only the physical availability of his knowledge. He wanted it to be assessable to people despite geographical limitations.

So the idea of teaching online and helping people with their daily diet and exercises popped in his head and he started his virtual training. To date, he has over 1000 clients and he has been able to cure and assist them in living a hale and hearty life.

He shares his client’s achievements on his Instagram ID @ptrajeshh, to ensure more people can have access to the best health and fitness advice. His aim has been to motivate his clients as well as his followers to live a healthy life. He has 81.5K followers on Instagram which is ever-growing. Not only this, but he has also his own YouTube channel named “rajesh pt.” He has 2.93K Subscribers. Some on his YouTube video topics include “PCOs/PCOD condition reversal”, “fat loss” “intermittent fast tips” and many more. He also posts some of his videos on IGTV.

Some of his clients have comments on his post –“a great coach and a great motivator; Thank you, coach, for guiding me at every step; Yes we will definitely do it better; Thank you for all the guidance and thank you for believing in me.” These comments are evidence of his induced journey.

He appreciates his clients’ hard work and keeps on appealing them to do better in life. His own fitness centre named “ptzone” in Coimbatore that was started along with his brother has been generously helping people across the globe.
