This enchanting evening was hosted by Aslam Gafoor, Brand Host - Dineout Passport along with Rakesh Sethi, General Manager at the Shangri-La, Bengaluru. Ms. Smriti Narendran, Brand Ambassador of Pernod Ricard, enthralled the guests by taking them along, on an interactive journey about the origin of single malt whiskey while also sharing some of her unique experiences along the way.

Its executive chef, Ashok Bandaru curated a special menu that blended with the incredible range of Pernod Ricard’s malts, which included Somme Faible De Shanghai, Gamberi Alla Griglia, Costolette di Agnello Alla Griglia E Pollo Nero, Crespelle and finishing it off with a star dessert Torta Caprese. These mouth-watering delicacies were paired with Scapa Glansa, Aberlour 12 YO and Aberlour 18 YO, allowing guests and members to appreciate how the elements of malts were just perfect with each delicacy.
