Please explain your venture to us in brief. When did you join the business? What have you brought to the table?

Aryav AWG is to provide the safe clean mineral rich and alkaline water to all at the same or lower cost compared to bottled water without incurring any switching cost. Aryav AWG is a device which is generating pure form of drinking water from thin air. No plumbing is required, No water wastage and no input water is required. No dependency on ground water or monsoon. we can generate water even at those places where there is no water. We filed patent in India and USA for the process technology for having better efficiency than competitors, while Indian patent has already granted. We started working on AWG concept in late 2018 or early 2019, and we came up with our first prototype in late 2019 and after that we did many modifications in our prototype models and got is tested at various geographical location and we just started commercializing our machines now which are very efficient and easy to handle.

What are your future plans for the business in terms of growth, expansion, and association?

Since we are on commercializing mode and started getting great response from market and we are planning to appoint dealers on all India basis. We already sold machines in Middle East market, hence looking for export business on immediate basis, where we will be looking for business partner globally also. Our immediate target to provide 75000Ltrs per day water through Aryav AWG in coming FY.

What makes this particular concept different? Are there competitors? If yes, how do you stand out? Also name a few competitors.

Yes, globally there are very few competitors, in India again there are 3 companies who work in this space apart from us like M/s air o water / M/s AKVO etc while Aryav AWG is energy efficient machines and covering the wide range of machines. We operate from 100LPD to 10000 LPD

What is the revenue model?

We have 3 types of revenue models

• Capex : By selling our machines

• Rental: By giving the machines on rental model and that will help to our customer not to incur any switching cost from their existing infrastructure.

• AMC / Spare parts

Who is the target audience? How is this going to affect them?

We are targeting B2B market, where we look for those corporates, who are dependent on small packaging drinking bottles ( 20Ltrs Jar ), CSR Programmes, Communities, Schools, NGO’s and those places where there is no water.

What is the potential of growth?

We are expecting to grow 100% in next 2 to 3 years

Where did the initial capital for the start-up come? What returns does it have?

We already spent INR 60 Lacs as a bootstrap fund and received 10 Lacs from JSS Step Noida. This whole money we spent to get the machine develops, test it, get the patent. Now we are working on Marketing, Sales and dealer appointments for our highly efficient machines.

We were having Aryav Eco-friendly Resources LLP, which was converted in Pvt Ltd in December 2020.

Give us a brief background of what you were doing before starting the venture.

After completion my academics from IIT Delhi, I worked with few companies before I started my venture in 2008 in Solar EPC We are already into this business and in 2018, I started working in water generation subject considering the demand and the scarcity of drinking water.
