Neetish Sarda led Smartworks leases World's Largest Flex Space Campus In Bengaluru
India’s largest managed workspace platform, Smartworks, has added World’s single largest flex space campus to its portfolio- 7 lakh sq. ft Vaishnavi Tech Park in Bengaluru. The Grade A multi-functional IT and Business Park, strategically located next to the IT corridor- Outer Ring Road (ORR), has excellent connectivity and is close to well-known and reputable MNCs.
The world’s single biggest flex space campus, split into a North and South Office Block, offers a plethora of novel amenities, including a cafeteria, parking, a food court, manicured gardens, a sports arena, and other recreational facilities. The already 50% pre-booked 9000+ seat centre will be operational next quarter.
“We broke our record for leasing large independent flex spaces to enable a holistic office experience, increasing from 6.4 lakh sq. ft last year in Pune to this newest centre in one of the largest office markets in India,” said NeetishSarda, Founder- Smartworks
Smartworks has been leasing large standalone commercial office spaces to cater to the scalability demands of enterprises in Pan India and to offer industry-leading amenities and services. “As part of the return-to-work plan, enterprises are introducing new work patterns and looking to other markets for talent, which has led to a significant increase in demand for our product”, added Neetish.
From ten thousand sq. ft office space to becoming India’s largest managed and flexible workspace platform with highest market share, Smartworks has come a long way. The company leases fully managed spaces to large enterprises, soonicorns and unicorns alike, constantly striving to create office experiences instead of just providing places to work.
The company has a growing footprint of approx 7 Mn sq. ft, 38 centres and an established presence in 11 cities, with over 80% of its clients being from the enterprise segment. The Noida-headquartered flexible workspace leader isn’t settling on its achievements soon and is looking to expand its footprint to 10 million sq. ft. this financial year.
From IoT-enabled meeting rooms to QR scan-based coffee dispensers, digital access and parking, and food services to gaming zone booking, Smartworks focuses on enabling office spaces to elevate member experience.
Smartworks’ revenues have increased three-fold, and it aims to reach the Rs 1000 Cr. revenue milestone this year. Last year, the company leased over 3 Mn sq. ft across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Noida, and Pune.
