Dr Kim Chronister Finds Unique Way to Share Mental Health Information

After being recently being named number two on the “10 TikTok Accounts You Should be Following,” Dr Kim Chronister has turned part of her attention to YouTube and Instagram Reels where she shares mental wellness and relationship tips as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Though she works in practice as a psychologist, she finds time to devote to her content, where she also takes requests from followers about what they want to see next whether it is about breakups, tips for couples, or boosting mood. As a result, she has surged to millions of views and hundreds of thousands of followers.

Dr Kim’s videos “Signs that Someone is Lying to You” and “Psychology of Having a Crush” have gained over one million views each on the popular platform.

For Dr Kim, her videos have led to an influx of requests for life coaching, a massive spike in demand for her digital products, as well as demand for her podcast. Her podcast Love to Heal with Dr Kimfeatures guests like actors, attorneys, athletes, other doctors with a following on Instagram, and singers/artists where they discuss topics like going for your dreams, relationship improvement, healing from breakups, cognitive conditioning, and peak performance in life and career.

When asked what the secret ingredients were for success she told us, “Number one, be okay with producing content that comes from your heart even if it’s not refined at first; number two, listen to what is resonating with your followers and produce what hits a cord for them; and number three, make sure you’re answering most of their messages and comments at least for the first year while also making time for yourself to decompress as it can get hectic.” With Dr Kim’s intense focus on adding value by producing relationship and mental health videos, she is definitely one to watch.
