Chennai: The Supreme Court's definitive ruling on the formation of the Cauvery Management Board should help bring down temperature a notch in Tamil Nadu, which has been up in arms ever since the Centre skipped the six-week deadline on March 29. However, emotions have been running so high that extra security measures are being taken for the IPL match between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders in Chennai on Tuesday. The BCCI has announced that matches will be held as scheduled in Chennai and the focus could still be on the cricket.
