Controversial poster on Renuka’s laughter episode crops up in UP

Lucknow: Yet another controversial poster has come up in Allahabad, depicting Congress MP Renuka Chaudhary as Draupadi and showing Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a poor light. The poster takes a dig at the recent statement by Prime Minister on Ms Chaudhary’s laughter which later led to a major controversy. The poster also shows Amit Shah and Kiren Rijiju.

Titled ‘Rakshmam Rahul Bhaiyya’, the poster shows Rahul Gandhi as Lord Krishna while L.K. Advani has been shown as Dhritarashtra. The catch line in the poster says “Ek stree ki hansi Duryodhan to khal gayi, Yaad karo 100 Kauravon ki chita jal gayi”.

The poster has been released by the district Congress secretary Haseeb Ahmad, who has released such posters in the past also.
