Srinagar: The BJP has reacted sharply to charges leveled against it by former J&K chief minister Omar Abdullah, terming them “false, baseless and arrows in wrong directions in an attempt to win over the sympathy of the people of Jammu in particular.” Party’s state president Ravinder Raina said that Mr Abdullah’s charge that it (BJP) is creating religious divide in the country ahead of the 2019 polls is “nothing but display of frustration being exhibited out of power and due to fear of defeats in Lok Sabha and (J&K) Assembly elections.”
