Rahul tries to take dig at PM, mocks Yoga Day?
Mumbai: With sarcastic, yet not-so-subtle undertones, Rahul Gandhi put up yet another tweet showing the Indian Army’s Dog Unit performing various Yoga poses with jawans with the words, ‘New India.’

Gandhi, whose party is yet to recover from a poll drubbing suffered in the recent Lok Sabha election, attempted to take a dig at Prime Minister using his own popular campaign slogans, mocking the idea but ended up mocking the concept of International Yoga Day celebrated on June 21, the Indian Army Dog Unit.
This of course, did not have the desired effect. It failed spectacularly.
BJP leader Tejashwi Surya tweeted to criticise it.
Ok. He still hasn't learnt his lessons.

In one go, he has insulted our Army, brave Jawans, the incredible dog unit, Yoga tradition & our country.
I feel really sad for all the young Congress workers (if there are any left) that they have to deal with this man as their leader. https://t.co/c4Vjanw6Wk
This tweet has come across various reactions from all sides, even trolled too. Hundreds of comments and retweets followed the initial tweet, making fun of Gandhi’s own doings. Here are a few:

This was probably the cutest most adorable part of Yoga day but count on you @RahulGandhi to mock it. Pretty much sums up your tone deaf election campaign. Hopeless. 🤦♀ï¸
