Lucknow: Six persons were killed after they were run over by a locomotive engine at Pilkhua railway station in Hapur district. One person has been critically injured and admitted to the hospital.

According to Mr S C Dubey, Superintendent of Police GRP in Moradabad, “A group of seven youths were trying to cross the railway tracks.

After seeing a train coming in front of them, they retracted their steps. But in the process, they were run over by a railway engine which was moving on the track behind them. All of them, apparently, had ear phones on and were listening to music when the tragedy struck.
