Yashwant, Shatrughan to lead UP AAP yatras

In the second phase, the yatras will take place from August 28 and September 6 from Ayodhya to Lucknow.

Lucknow: Political realignments have begun as the countdown begins for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Former Union minister Yashwant Sinha and BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha will now lead Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) yatras in Uttar Pradesh. AAP is organising “Jan Adhikar Andolan”.

Yashwant and Shatrughan, both of whom have been rather vocal against the policies of the Modi government, will take part in the march from June 25 to July 8 between Varanasi and Ballia.

In the second phase, the yatras will take place from August 28 and September 6 from Ayodhya to Lucknow. Bareilly and Amroha will be covered in the third phase from September 11 to September 18 followed by Lalitpur to Jhansi from September 25 to October 2. The last phase will cover Aligarh, Mathura and Agra from October 20 to October 26.
